Introduction

In a distant land, dislike has been festering between two provinces for hundreds of years. Both regions have taken shots at each others supplies, trade routes, and even citizens, yet no war has ever broken out. The two provinces - Althalox, the grassy plains, and Valioz, the desert wasteland - have an undying hatred for each other.

It was not until recently that the former king of Althalox passed on - a new ruler named Kaiser Zersh III has taken his place. Not much is known about this ruler by the citizens of Althalox - those who have met him regard him as a mysterious, yet humorous leader. Some consider him unfit for the job, yet they would never dare speak their distrust in Zersh, for they have no idea what he could potentially be capable of.

With the everliving fear of a "deadly war", or "Bellum Letale" hanging over the citizens of both regions - especially with this new, and strange Kaiser - each side prepares for what could potentially be the most devstating battle ever to befall the lands.
